TERMS & CONDITIONS for Pageant Show Participants

1. Eligibility Clause :

Participants must meet the specified age, category, and other eligibility criteria outlined for the pageant.
All information submitted during registration must be true and accurate.
Any false or misleading details may result in immediate disqualification without notice.

2. Registration & Fees :
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry is confirmed only upon full payment and document submission.

3. Event Schedule :
Dates, venues, and segments are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Organizers will notify participants of any updates, but changes will not warrant refunds.

4. Grooming & Training :
Participants must attend all mandatory grooming sessions, rehearsals, and briefings. Absence may result in disqualification.

​

5. Conduct & Discipline :
Participants must maintain respectful behavior toward fellow contestants, judges, and organizing teams. Misconduct, indecency, or use of abusive language will lead to immediate disqualification.

6. Wardrobe & Presentation :Wardrobe & Collaboration Policy:
Participants must strictly adhere to the dress codes and segment guidelines issued by the organizing team.
Any sponsorships or designer collaborations must be pre-approved by the organizers at least 7 days in advance.

7. Media Release:
By participating, contestants grant full rights to the organizers to use their photographs, videos, and name for promotional and commercial purposes.

​

8. Decision of Jury :

The decisions made by the judges and organizers are final and binding on all participants.
No correspondence, objections, or disputes regarding the results will be entertained under any circumstances.

9. Travel, Food & Lodging :Unless stated otherwise, travel, food, and lodging are to be arranged independently and will be borne by the participants themselves.

​

10. Health & Safety :Participants are responsible for their health and well-being. Any health concerns must be reported in time. Organizers will no way will be liable for personal injuries or loss.

​

11. Winner's Obligations :

Title winners may be required to represent the pageant at various promotional events, media appearances, and official activities as brand ambassadors during their reigning period.
Participation in such activities is expected as part of their titleholder responsibilities.

12. Cash Incentive : 

An cash incentive, may be provided to the contestants whose overall performance is marked as outstanding by our esteemed jury panel if and only if powered by our sponsor(s).

​

13. Photographs & Videos : 

Photographs and videos captured during the event will be the sole property of the organiser. They may be shared with contestants upon request. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to use these photographs and videos for any future promotions or presentations without prior permission from the contestants or their parents.

14. Key Note for Participants :

• Our official fashion designer will provide outfits and ornaments to contestants for use during the event.
  However, contestants are strongly advised to bring their own outfits and accessories as backup to avoid last-minute fitting issues.

• Footwear Guidelines:

  • Footwear color must be black or beige for all categories (male, female, juniors).

  • Male contestants should wear leather shoes or nagra shoes in colors matching their outfits.

  • Female contestants are not permitted to wear platform heels. Footwear with heels may be worn according to individual comfort and convenience.

  • The rear portion of footwear must cover the heel—open or backless shoes are not allowed.

• Further updates, instructions, and details will be communicated periodically through official channels.

15. Food & Catering : 

🔸 Lunch during Grand Finale : Lunch will be provided by the organizer exclusively for contestants on the day of the Grand Finale.

🔸 For Guardians & Guests : Guardians or any other additional guests accompanying the contestants will need to purchase food items from the available stalls inside the event campus. No complimentary meals will be provided for non-contestants.

🔸 During Grooming Sessions : No food arrangements will be made during the grooming sessions. Contestants are advised to bring their own tiffin or packed meals for those days.

17. Optional Add-On : 

In addition to your complimentary bookings, you may opt for a Studio Portfolio Book feature at Rs. 2,000 per page. 

This exclusive portfolio will be professionally designed and distributed to Directors, Producers, and Fashion/Film Agencies to boost up contestant's future chances of endorsements and casting opportunities.

18. Disqualification Clause : Any false information, rule's violation, or misconduct may lead to disqualification at any stage without refund of the participation amount or explanation.
